- User-Generated Audio / Submissions: If you submit audio files, call-in recordings, track requests, oral histories, or voice performances of poetry to EMG World Radio, you grant EMG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to broadcast, reproduce, edit, syndicate, and adapt such content across our broadcast and digital networks.
- Copyright Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted literary work, book excerpt, or broadcast audio has been featured without authorisation, please notify our designated copyright officer with supporting evidence.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
When interacting with our websites, live chat rooms, social channels, book forums, or community spaces, you agree not to:
